Refund Policy
How failed generations, unused credits, duplicate charges, and payment issues are handled.

Failed generations
If a Hotel Lobby AI generation reaches a failed or canceled terminal state, the 299 generation credits consumed for that task are automatically returned to the same account.
This credit return is separate from a Stripe payment refund. It allows the purchased credits to be used again without charging for another credit pack.
Completed generations
AI output is probabilistic. A completed generation is not automatically eligible for a monetary refund solely because the creative result differs from a user's preference or expectation.
Payment problems
Duplicate charges, a successful payment that does not grant the purchased credits, or other verified billing errors may be reviewed for correction or refund.
Unused credits
Requests involving unused purchased credits may be reviewed subject to applicable law, payment-provider rules, fraud prevention, and whether the purchased entitlement has already been consumed.
Provider and processing fees
Any approved monetary refund is returned through the original payment method where supported by Stripe. Posting time after approval depends on the payment network and issuing bank.
Abuse
Refund or credit-return requests may be denied where there is evidence of payment fraud, chargeback abuse, manipulation of generation failures, or other misuse of the service.
